By using Taria Jewellery, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General

Taria Jewellery is operated by Safstar (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2026/178662/07), South Africa. These Terms are governed by South African law, including the CPA, ECT Act, and POPIA.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order on our website.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Product images are illustrative and slight colour variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Payments are processed securely and we do not store full card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return defective or incorrect items within 3 months in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Change-of-mind and other returns are subject to our Returns Policy.
