Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm SAST may be processed the next business day. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

We deliver nationwide via trusted courier partners.

Major cities: 2–5 business days
Outlying areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping applies to orders over R650.

Delivery Issues

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report damaged items within 48 hours with photos.

Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees if parcels are returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

Once marked as delivered by the courier, Taria Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If there is an issue, contact us within 5 business days and we will assist with a courier investigation.
